Spicy sausage links sautéed with julienned onions, red peppers and a dash of marinara

Salmon Puntanesca
Sautéed fillet of salmon topped with a puntanesca sauce (kalamata olives, capers, artichokes, fresh tomatoes and a white wine garlic sauce) with orzo and sautéed asparagus
Lasagna Americano 
  Our homemade Bolognese, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese layered between pasta then baked to perfection in our wood burning stove
Florentine Stuffed Shells
Jumbo pasta shells with a spinach, ricotta and parmesan stuffing topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic and baby spinach in a light rose cream sauce
Pork Tenderloin
Apple cider marinated pork tenderloin grilled to order and topped with a brandy dijon demi glaze served over parmesan polenta and sautéed asparagus spears
Veal Meatloaf
Italian style veal meatloaf with baby spinach and sun-dried tomatoes baked in our wood burning oven topped with a forest mushroom demi glaze served with creamy risotto and sautéed asparagus
